Shipping & Return Policy

Any unused Field Traditions product purchased through Fieldtraditions.com may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the product's purchase.  Product may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product within 30 days of the product's purchase, based on availability.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made via the original method of payment. Products purchased or shipped out of the continental United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Return Process

To return or exchange a product, you will need the order number that was emailed to you and shipping zip code. All exchanges are subject to product availability. Free exchanges and returns are limited to one per order.  Additional exchanges will incur shipping and restocking charges at our discretion. Please allow 1-2 weeks for return and exchange completion.

Shipping

All products purchased from Fieldtraditions.com ship from Sarasota, FL within one to two business days unless otherwise noted and are subject to inventory availability.  Shipping is available to the Continental US only. If you are outside of the US and Canada, please send an email directly to info@fieldtraditions.com or call 941-899-4802 to place an order and shipping will be arranged. We are happy to ship worldwide.
